SMC 10/11/12/21/22-CXS Dual Piston Rods Clean Room Series Copper Fluorine Silicone-free,
The 1*-CXS Clean Room Series is a dual piston actuator with non-rotating accuracy ± 0.1° enhanced,
with fluorine grease making it clean room ready. Expelling contaminants outside a clean room can done by: (11-) vacuum relief,
or (10- or 12-) exhaust relief. The 2*-CXS Copper,
Fluorine, Silicone-free Series is a dual piston actuator,
with non-rotating accuracy ± 0.1° enhanced with lithium soap based grease making it clean room ready.
Expelling contaminants outside a clean room can either done by: (21-) exhaust relief,
or (22-) vacuum relief. The clean CXSL high precision ball bushing bearing type allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance.
The clean CXSM slide bearing type provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts.
